Let’s hear from our Working Well team

At first glance, the idea of a research study that runs over six months and gathers data from nearly 14,000 individuals can seem a little overwhelming. But when you break it down, the Working Well survey can be summarised in a few key points:

  • giving Tasmanians the opportunity to share their thoughts on how mental health should be managed in Tasmanian workplaces; and
  • collating this information to identify common themes and create a benchmark that will guide future decisions about policy and practice.

The short videos below let you hear from our Working Well team about why it’s so important for you to take part in this survey, and how you go about it.
